Numerous flies observed in the kitchen. A bag of garbage is on the floor near the back door, due to the dumpster being over filled. Have garbage removed from kitchen. Pest control records show treatment on 10-2-24. The invoice says flies were present at the time. Have pest control back out and send invoice to Dawn at dgiovanetto@tchd.net by November 1, 2024. If not received, a follow up will occur after November 1, 2024. - 6-501.111 (A) (B) (D): The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (A) Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies; (B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; (D) Eliminating harborage conditions. - V (Correct By: Nov 1, 2024) |
